Warehouse Associate

Merchandise International is looking for a dependable and energetic warehouse associate to receive, pack, and dispatch merchandise to our Fun Factory stores.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Report any discrepancies
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audit
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Requirements and skills:

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
• Proficiency in math skills
• Familiarity with warehouse practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Physically strong, agile, and dexterous
• Ability to lift heavy objects and not deterred of heights
• Current forklift license helpful
• High school degree
• Available to work all shifts including some Saturdays and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
