Job Posting for Sales Recruiter at Merchant Services
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team and help us attract and hire top talent. The role will primarily be recruiting for sales and lead generator positions within our call center. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary information and guidance throughout the process.
Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback to candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits, and coordinating pre-employment checks.
Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with a successful track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of recruitment.
