As a Retail Bank Teller, you will be the face of Merchants & Marine Bank, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently and accurately handling financial transactions. This role requires a friendly and approachable demeanor and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Process loan payments, issue official bank checks, and provide account-related information.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling cash and other financial instruments.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide information about banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.
- Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and industry trends.
- High school diploma required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or cash-handling role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.

- Integrity and a commitment to maintaining customer confidentially.
