Role:
The Product Marketing Manager will support a cross-functional team. You will articulate the value and positioning of payment and collections programs to customers, coaching team leadership on go-to-market best practices, and collaborating with third party agencies. You will be a self-motivated key contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Synthesize user insights and industry trends and leverage that analysis to develop recommendations for marketing and product strategies
- Competitive Tracking: understanding what others in our space are doing, and who we are up against in the company intelligence market
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Research, and marketing execution to develop data driven strategies to deliver against company initiatives
- Clearly outline and define target audience (demographics, behaviors, and needs)
- Outline compelling narratives that drive the target audience to action
- Partner with Creative team to develop short and long form messaging to ensure effective and efficient in-market execution
- Ensure the delivery of ongoing messaging

Develop plans to support launches and sustain products to achieve maximum impact and reach, including:
- Launch strategy and timeline
- Marketing mix
- Messaging hierarchy
- Develop KPIs and success metrics for launch and sustain campaigns
- Partner with Creative team to brief and develop messaging
- Partner with Analytics team to ensure that the appropriate tracking to measure success metrics
- Partner with Marketing Execution and Personalization teams to ensure appropriate execution against the GTM
- Ongoing partnership with Analytics and Product teams to develop hypotheses to consistently improve performance and deliver against KPIs
- Consistently test new hypotheses to deliver program enhancements
- Cross-functional team alignment
- Develop and get buy-in on product marketing strategy to align with roadmap and team revenue goals
You’re perfect for this role if you have:
- 7 years’ experience in product marketing, integrated marketing and/or brand management experience, ideally for a B2C product
- Financial services collections experience, a plus
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated go-to-market plans, from research, to conception, to launch
- A strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to also think creatively
- Exceptional organizational and project management experience
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, agile start-up environment
- Exceptional writing skills with a proven ability in storytelling to influence a C-suite audience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
