With a team of more than 150 experts, we support companies and public administration in optimizing their IT security.
We are currently hiring a thought leader to head our Cyber Security and Functional Safety (CSFS) practise the United States of America.
Working on a matrix organization, depends on the Regional Stream Manager / Regional EVP and the Global Field Manager for CSFS.
Key Responsibilities:
• P&L responsibility over the US Activities
• People Management ( 20 FTEs 10 Contractors)
• Driving sales (team) and responsible for developing new accounts for TUV Rhineland’s cybersecurity (3 Account Executives)
• Ability to identify and develop services offerings that align with current customer needs
• Building relationships internally and externally with key partners / stakeholders / executives’
• Research prospects and build a quality pipeline of opportunities
• Help clients identify and evaluate gaps
Your Profile:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience working with security solutions / services around testing, consulting or managed services.
• Possess an understanding of IT/ICS/OT fundamentals, including but not limited to:
o Digital Risk and Compliance Planning (Governance, Risk and Compliance Management, Business continuity, Information Security Management Systems)
o Advanced prevention and protection (Network security, Application Security, IoT security)
o Secure technology design & implementation (Cloud security, data protection, endpoint security)
o Working knowledge of one or more of the following: IEC 62443/ISA 99, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-82, CPNI Good Practice, FCC, GDPR, ETSI 303 645, ISO 21434, UN ECE 155
o Working knowledge of one or more of the following: IEC 61508, IEC 61511, ISO 26262,
o Preparing and maintaining policies, procedures and standards governing the security operations
• Must have strong experience selling security solutions/services to enterprise customers and/or leading a delivery team as practise leader.
