What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desk clerk position at Mercy Housing?
The successful Desk Clerk will provide customer service to residents, monitor the traffic in and out of the building, provide security to the property, and communicate with the proper authorities as needed.
This is an onsite position. Candidates with lived experience are encouraged to apply.
PAY : $22.00 per hour
Shift : GRAVEYARD

Duties :
- Keep accurate log of all visitors to the complex by recording the name of the visitor(s).
- Convey accurate information to the appropriate authorities, as necessary.
- Answer telephones and take accurate messages.
- Conduct patrols of the entire complex according to a schedule outlined by the Property Manager and other appropriate supervisory staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General office experience.
