Overview:
According to the plan for care prescribed by the Registered Nurse for assigned patients, the LPN will provide individualized nursing care in accordance with the Standards of Nursing Practice for adult and geriatric patients.
This is a PRN position
Qualifications:
- Experience: Four years of LPN experience. Rehab experience within the last two years preferred. One year of experience in acute medical surgical nursing preferred.
- Certifications: Licensed to practice Practical Nursing in the state of Oklahoma. Valid drivers license.
- Other: Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
