Overview:
As an Associate Recruiter, you will provide a wide variety of administrative and general support within the Talent Selection team and ensures Mercy values are reflected in all aspects of the department's operations. Responsibilities include: scheduling of career fairs, Accounts Payable, tracking of all incentives, advertising and marketing, sourcing, reporting, and composing, edits and routes correspondence. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year related experience - entry level professional position
- Required Education: Associates degree/BS preferred.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Other: Microsoft Office computer skills. Outstanding written & verbal communication skills. Excellent attendance required. Prior experience in recruitment, sales or event planning. Previous experience in marketing, advertising, event planning or project management strongly preferred.
