Overview:
Under the leadership of the Clinical Nurse Manager (title will vary by community), the Panel Nurse will work directly with their assigned clinical team to develop and implement standard work processes and protocols to drive quality, performance in value-based care, patient access and improve outcomes.
The Panel Nurse will perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

- Licensure: Requires current RN licensure in the state where the practice is located.
- Experience: Minimum of one to two years nursing experience. Triage experience preferred.
- Other skills & knowledge: EMR experience, strong clinical judgement, customer service and computer skills required.
