Overview:
- Responsible for interim management of clinic offices that are vacant.
- Will work on special projects with VPs for offices that need assistance.
- Directly responsible for the day to day operations of business units as directed by VPs.
- Insures professional and technical operation of business units and that all policies & procedures are followed on a day to day basis.
- Responsible for the overall management of the business unit in accordance with Clinic Initiatives:
- Physician Satisfaction;Co-worker Satisfaction;Patient Satisfaction;Quality; and Business Performance.
- Must have the ability to exercise sound business judgment within general company policies. Must possess highly effective time management and organizational skills to independently manage team to achieve multiple objectives according to high quality standards. Must be able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Must contribute to organization's growth and profitability by providing operational expertise to existing and potential physician practices; and serve in a leadership role, providing subject matter expertise, guidance and direction to practice management consultants.
Qualifications:
- Education: Requires Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration field, Health Care, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Requires five to seven (5-7) year's previous experience in areas of physician practice operations. Previous supervisory experience required.
- Other: Must have strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Must have familiarity with use of various software packages, such as MS Office, etc.
- Preferred Education: Graduate Degree preferred.
