Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week

Overview:
Performs general office functions including duties of: Receptionist, cashier and appointment scheduler.
Schedules follow up appointments for patients leaving the clinic. Greets patients in a friendly and compassionate manner. Accurately takes telephone messages and forwards them to the appropriate coworker. Correctly forwards messages to appropriate In Basket. Reschedules appointments for physicians as their schedules change. Promptly notifies the clinic co-workers regarding physician schedule changes. Communicates with physicians during peak times before double booking appointments.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Other: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer knowledge. Excellent customer service skills.
- Preferred Experience: Prior physician office experience helpful
- Preferred Other: Additional languages preferred.
