Mercy Northwest Arkansas offers a 1-year nurse residency program which includes department-based orientation, classroom training, and SIM Lab. The residency program is designed to jump start your career and enhance your experience as a new grad nurse. We offer a unique opportunity for new graduate nurses to interview for our Career Path Program. The program allows you to start on a medical floor and then transition to a specialty of your passion!

Qualifications:
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- License: Temporary AR RN license or a compact RN license
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
