Mercy Clinic Springfield – Ear Nose and Throat (Rolla, Missouri) is recruiting a full-time general ENT to join our growing multi-specialty clinic in Rolla, Missouri. Fellowship trained or general ENT experience will be considered, and we can accommodate a wide variety of interests.
- Practice the area of Otolaryngology you desire – high demand and volumes
- Primarily outpatient surgery at an accredited surgery center
- Wide variety of interests and sub-specialties can be supported
- ENT Clinical team includes: six ENT Physicians, six Advanced Practice Clinicians and five Audiologists
- Efficient ambulatory surgery center & clinic office suite
- Ample block time in the ORs, surgery center, in-office procedures
- In-office ENT allergy testing/treatment available
- Large catchment area
- Strong referral base from pediatrics, family medicine, and internal medicine on-site
- System wide integrated EPIC EMR system
- Strong compensation plan with realistic earnings in 75-90% dependent on desired level of wRVU production
- $50,000 signing bonus/stipend available plus paid relocation
