What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN -- ICU position at Mercy?
$15,000 Sign On Bonus - No contract!
Shifts/Roles available:
- Full Time Nights - 7p-7a
- FT Resource RN Nights Pay rate based on experience, higher grade than RN
- FT Days Clinical Supervisor - 7a-7p
Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Licensure: Current Oklahoma RN License
Certifications: BLS & ACLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. NIHSS; if new to the unit nurse will obtain within the first three months of employment in Critical Care
Other: Completes Hospital and Unit Specific nursing competency within 3 months of employment and annually, submits to Nurse Manager/ Education Coordinator.
Preferred Education: BSN, preferred
