Welcoming patients to Mercy for pre-operative preparation and education. Nursing assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with team. Phase II includes receiving patient from PACU, monitoring for safety, discharge education.
UP TO $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE
NO CONTRACT
Incentives:
- 1-2 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $13,000
- 3-4 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $15,000
- 5 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000
- $7000 Relocation Assistance for full time only
- Weekend Differential
- Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
- Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance
- PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only
- Employer-Matched Retirement Funds
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Certifications:- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
