Overview:
The Rapid Access Coordinator has a wide variety of roles in the hospital including bed planning, transfer coordination, and occasional house supervisor duties.
2 12-hour shifts per week (24 hours per week). Weekend and Holiday Rotation.
Hours: 1830-0630
Qualifications:
Education: Associates or Bachelor Degree (prefered) in Nursing
Licensure: Arkansas RN licensure
Experience: Require minimum 3-5 years adult acute care experience; case management experience, (preferred); utilization management experience (preferred); well-developed communication and influence skills.
