POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Chief Data Officer Program Evaluation Manager oversees activities for Health Care Management Program including organizational data projects.
 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experiences in research, evaluation and data analysis using various interfaces including Power BI, Excel and Access as well as other technical skills such as developing apps using Power apps and Power Automate to automate business processes.

 

Brief Outline of Essential Tasks

• Conduct chart reviews of Care Management enrolled members to ensure in compliance with DOH and Health Home Policies and quality improvement practices.
• Serve as a member of CCF QI workgroup and HCM Survey sub-committee.
• Develop and manage data tracking, reporting and evaluating care management program.
• Oversee and manage surveys across programs.
• Conduct evaluation and reporting for clinical internship program.
• Disseminate research/survey findings to management/program staff
• Manage OCFS time studies to determine whether time resources are being effectively utilized.
• Produce quarterly reports on Educational/Attendance data and Career Academy evaluation reports.
• Provide data and reports to HCM staff on weekly and monthly basis.
• Work on ad-hoc data request.
• Create/share HCM billing data and Program data by creating visualizations in Power BI.
• Assist FBH program in creating master Foster Boarding Home reporting system in Power BI
• Provides outcomes data to Resource Development department and for other purposes as needed and worked on mapping visualization for the agency website.
• Facilitate research seminar for internship program where interns share research findings from their dissertations.
• Create ArcGIS maps to inform decisions and develop strategies.
• Developed Crisis Communication App (Power Apps) and COVID Health Screening App that is deployed agencywide.

Qualifications – Education, Experience and Skills Required: A Master’s degree in social work or public health.
