What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Services Supervisor position at MercyOne?
Responsible for supervising all work assigned within the Environmental Services Department. Works collaboratively with all departments to assure a high level of cleanliness. Adheres to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Environmental Services with additional post secondary education required.
Valid IA driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Intermediate language, intermediate math, intermediate reasoning ability.
- Personal computer.
- Demonstrates effective organizing, delegating, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
