Job Title Director, Brand Partnership Job Description The Director, Brand Partnerships is a passionate seller with a strong understanding of the digital space and the ability to develop/maintain strong client relationships and close business. A typical week includes scheduling and leading a minimum of 7 offsite meetings, spending consistent time with assigned agencies, prospecting and uncovering new opportunities, working with the Meredith Brand Sellers and helping advertisers build and execute effective campaigns. Success means exceeding all quarterly revenue targets. You will generate a high volume of sales, prospects, presentations, RFPs, and completed campaigns. You are constantly building our pipeline, solving internal and external problems both big and small and have an excellent understanding of your market and accounts. You are viewed by your clients as a strategic partner and offer creative solutions they can't get anywhere else. You are viewed by your colleagues as the consummate collaborator and by your managers as understanding your agencies and clients and maximizing their revenue potential. Additionally, understanding and using data in your sales process is a feather in your cap! Responsibilities: Sells advertising by building & developing client relationships Strategic planning, brainstorming Paperwork including forecasting, reports, RFPS Requirements Bachelor’s Degree 2-3 years digital experience in either sales, account management or sales planning Strong understanding of the digital media landscape Proficient in Content programs as well as display Knowledge of and contacts in entertainment vertical Familiarity with programmatic and data a plus Passion for what you do Strong communication and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial self-starter with ability to work in a matrix organization and thrive in a highly-collaborative, team-based environment.
