Mericle Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with commercial construction experience to manage renovation projects for our Property Maintenance Division.
Ideal candidates will possess skilled knowledge of all trades and 5-7 years’ experience in commercial construction project supervision. Knowledge of sprinkler/fire protection systems is a plus. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating supplies and staff to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and on budget. Additional duties include building audits and inspections, as well as on-call responsibilities.
Required Experience includes excellent communication and organization skills as the Project Manager will be expected to interact with upper management and field personnel, as well as building tenants to define the scope of projects, estimate costs, develop schedules, and help execute the project.
