Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Coach to join our team. The Behavior Coach will work with students, particularly those with Emotional Disturbance, to provide behavioral therapy and support. This role involves implementing strategies to address challenging behaviors and improve overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct observations to assess behavioral needs
- Support the development and implementation of individualized behavior plans
- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in behavior management
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation

Experience:
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings
- Proficiency in documentation and progress monitoring
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
- Experience working with students with Emotional Disturbance
- Ability to collect and analyze data for individualized education plans
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse populations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.07 - $21.32 per hour
