• Ability to perform data collection of various types from multiple sources.
• Ability to review and analyze data, summarizing findings and making recommendations for leadership.
• Prepare written reports and visual presentations on program performance and quality indicators.
• Consult with agency staff and management to develop continuous quality improvement metrics and measurement processes.
• Review client records to use documentation in program performance evaluation process.
• Performs other duties as required to meet program and departmental goals and objectives.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelors (BA/BS) degree in a social services/healthcare related field
• Three (3) years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or performance improvement in a social service/healthcare setting
