Restaurant / Commercial Maintenance Technician
Meridian Commercial Services, LLC is a full service facility maintenance company specializing in the restaurant and commercial building industry. We are currently looking to hire a Maintenance Technician who can diagnose and repair restaurant and building equipment.
The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in working on all types of restaurant cooking equipment &/or restaurant coolers and freezers. We prefer a technician that is certified to repair either the Hot side of our equipment (ie, grills, fryers, ovens, etc.) and/or the Cold side(refrigerators, freezers, drink dispensing equipment, HVAC, etc.).
The candidate will work with the store managers and staff to:
- schedule and complete routine maintenance tasks on equipment
- coordinate and complete repairs on broken equipment
- coordinate and complete miscellaneous handy man repairs in the areas of plumbing, electric, tile work, etc.
- ordering needed parts and handling warranty related issues
- report to their direct manager regarding progress and immediate needs
