Front Desk Security

Meridian is looking for a friendly and reliable person for our Front Desk! This person is responsible for greeting all who enter our facility, directing them to the appropriate person, as well as monitoring the area.

Full time, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Starting wage is $12/hour. In addition to this starting rate, our essential staff is currently being paid an additional $2.35 an hour.

Background check and clean drug screen are required for employment.

REQUIRED DUTIES:

1. Greet, direct and check in all visitors to the facility.

1. Provide security observation of the facility, including the parking lot.

2. Assist with directing outpatient clients to the correct counselor.

3. Assist with weekly family visitations.

4. Provide a “welcoming” experience and exceptional customer service.

5. Other duties, as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

1. High school diploma, GED equivalent, or related experience.

2. Have no outstanding warrants, tickets, fines nor arrests.

3. Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. Ability to read and write the English language legibly.

2. Ability to work with various personality types.

3. Ability to follow directions.

4. Ability to conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner
