Day to day responsibilities include:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to create profile and leveraging multiple tactics to build talented, diverse pool.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure hiring needs and goals are met.
• Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal managers.
• Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates.
• Lead and assist with various recruitment related projects on an ongoing or ad hoc basis.
• Utilizing our databases as well as our networking, headhunting, and consulting skills to be a key part in generating business.
• Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
• Perform background checks and validate candidate credentials
