Job Description
The primary role of the position will be to assist with month end process deliver timely and accurate financial reports and analysis of the Order-to-Cash function. This position will assist in manual data entry, projects, and some administrative type activities. The person must have the desire and ability to quickly learn new skills.
Job Responsibilities:
•Perform accounting functions including, but not limited to, closing and opening each period, creating journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and researching out of balance issues between the sites.
•Compile and deliver financial reports and metrics.
•Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations are completed accurate and timely between multiple system interfaces.
•Support all continuous improvement projects that affect the finance group within the Order-to-Cash Shared
•Support internal and external audits.
•Cross functional back-up for other personnel within the group.
•Assist with manual data entry of credit and debit requests.
•Assist cash application team with administrative tasks as needed.
•Perform review of customer files and scan them to be stored electronically. Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
•High school graduate.
•Must be a full-time college student working toward a degree, preferably in Finance.
•Co-op experience must be part of the student curriculum.
