Summary of Position
Provide High Level Customer Service to all Clients and Participating Members, assists COO with handlings of the Division, works directly with all Fund Staff, Ensure the quality of the product we provide to our customers, and manage the day to day with your team.
Duties & Responsibilities
.Implement new clients
Oversee Team, Member Service Managers and Client Service Managers
Oversee Assigned Groups
Run Implementations of new clients and annual carrier/plan changes
Lead designated projects
Interface with client and provide quarterly updates
Meet with clients on a needed basis
Escalated calls from members and clients
Assist Team Members with phone calls and training
Provide reporting info to clients
Help client with new issues and finding out of the box solutions
Work with client staff and senior leadership on all needs
Disseminate information to team, provide cross team training on new groups
Complete team member assessments
Assists in delivery of Client Renewals
Attend Team/Division Meetings
Projects that assist in the Growth of the Company
Attend/Present at Retiree Meetings
Design, Prepare, and Coordinate Member Communications
Prepare mailings for communications to members regarding changes, updates, opting out, meetings, informational, etc.
