Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s
attractions and brands on a global scale, our Technology team are looking for a
positive and proactive Lead Technical Analyst. This role will be
based at our LEGOLAND Florida Resort, working 40 hours per week including some
weekends and holidays.
About the role...
Reporting into the IT Manager, you will provide technical
leadership to regional IT teams so that proficient IT support and project
delivery can be delivered across the designated region.
You will provide technical leadership across multi-disciplines
including and not limited to Windows 10, Office 365, Point of Sale hardware
(Aures), Adyen (credit card terminals), Intune, SCCM, Cisco networking, IOS and
Android, cloud-based software (Simphony, accesso, infor).
You may also be required to travel to our Midway attractions and
deliver project and IT service-related work. Key Objectives include:
