The NJ Division of Merola Tile employs approximately 130 people and distributes tile in the U.S. and Canada through The Home Depot, independently owned tile showrooms, and numerous e-commerce retailers under the Merola Tile, SomerTile, and Elite Tile brand names. Role and Responsibilities

· Take direction from Photo Lead on project plans/goals

· Have clear understanding on expectations and purpose on the end results

· Compiling/archiving Raw images

· Maintain continuity of shot requirements

· Use editing platform to create photo-based content

· Submit finished product to Photo Lead for review

· Be available to support in studio needs/shoots

· Document tracking spreadsheets for project progress and cross-team notifications

· Work closely with lead on productivity requirements

SKILLS

· Ability to color correct accurately

· Microsoft Office

· Uploading to social media platforms

· Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment

· Patient and professional with customers

· Ability to stay organized and to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

· Outstanding communication skills

· Good analytical skills, be able to solve problems, is self-motivated, and can work well with others

Physical Demands

· The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

· Bend, sit or stand for long periods of time.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Experience with DSLR Cameras

· Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Bridge

· Adobe Creative Cloud products is preferred

· Sage experience preferred

· Google sheets experience

· Experience using 3D engines is desired
