Join a large, established, and growing physician group practice with a great reputation! This is one of the largest Pulmonology groups on the East Coast.
Position Focus
Oversees the finance and operations of a large pulmonology group with five locations that include pulmonologists, sleep centers, plus an allergy and immunology clinic.
Streamlines work flow with a focus on operational efficiencies, patient access, and patient experience.
Encourages a team culture and works on strategic development and organic growth of the group practice.
Reports to the Head of the Board of Directors.
Oversees the professional development and performance of 255 FTE’s with the support of 4 Direct Reports.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, Mater’s preferred
5 years of related healthcare experience, 3 years of leadership experience
