What is takes to be a Member of our Team:
· Friendly personality, winning attitude, trustworthy, and likes to help others
· Valid driver’s license
· Good driving record, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for work to and from customer’s homes
· Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
· Able to lift 20 lbs. and carry cleaning equipment in/out of clients homes
· Pet friendly. Comfortable working in homes with pets
· Maintain a clean, Professional Appearance
· Cleaning experience a plus but not required as we train on the Merry Maids Way.

Pay:
· $15.00/hour Paid Training Period
· $18.00 – $22.50 Per Hour Average Weekly Compensation After Training - Full Work Week

· PT – Flexible Full days

· 6–8-hour shifts

· Monday to Friday

What Our Team Does - Job Responsibilities:
· Professionally clean customer homes using Merry Maids' unique cleaning procedures and products. Your objective is to leave the home looking and smelling freshly cleaned and groomed.

• Use Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures to clean, dust cobwebs, cleaning all hanging light fixtures and dusting baseboards and windowsills each cleaning.
• Use Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures to clean, sanitize, and deodorize all bathroom fixtures, showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and vanities.
• Move all reasonably movable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind. Vacuum all upholstered furniture, including under all cushions each cleaning.
• Use I-Pad notes to ensure client pleasing duties are met on each home cleaning experience
• Work with other team members when needed
