ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Take beverage orders from restaurant customers and input orders in to POS system.
- Deliver orders following required standards for the position.
- Prepare tableside items as requested by customer; anticipate guest’s needs.
- Complete all side work including but not limited to: wiping down stations, re-stocking supplies, etc.
- Polish silver, buff glasses, set-up service cart, etc. in order to prepare tables and stations. Breakdown stations, carts and tables at close of restaurant.
- Explain menu to the guests and answer any questions they may have
- Always check on quality of food and service to ensure excellent guest service.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Candidate must possess the ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in order to complete reports, correspondence and communicate with guests, Team Members and supervisors.
- Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills are a must.
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Dedicated to meeting and/or exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients.
- Trusted and is seen as a truthful individual who is highly respectful of others.
- Consistently exhibits courteous, respectful, and appropriate communications and presents information in a concise and understandable format.
