Specific Project Delivery Capabilities:
- Develop expert level knowledge of selected software platforms sufficient to complete tasks and help develop team in same. Selected platforms are currently focused on Data Analytics, Connected Worker(s), Asset Management (Asset Health Scores and Remaining Useful Life estimates), Equipment/Process Optimization, and Image/Video Inspection.
- Specifically, create databases and configure tools/software necessary for delivering project scope within the approved budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Identify new/improved software platforms that can be integrated into Mesa's suite of services. When approved, help complete the integration process so that the new platforms can be used to effectively/efficiently deliver proposed services.
- Bring or develop proficiency in asset health scoring and process optimization within the context of Mesa's selected tools and customer engagements.
Specific Software Skills:
- Strong knowledge base of data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, Access)
- Extensive coding experience with data related languages (PHP, Python, VBA, SQL, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of API calls and functionality (Python, Excel, Box, Primavera)
- Strong knowledge of database and data structuring/management tools
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, Visio)
General Requirements:
- Works under the direction of a Program Manager or other Senior Manager (e.g., Director, Vice President).
- Communicates effectively with internal and client stakeholders on a regular basis including keeping clients informed of issues that could adversely affect project execution across various phases of the project lifecycle.
- Coordinates/communicates effectively with peers and able to effectively integrate and work in a team environment.
