We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. Join our team and play a crucial role in bringing innovative projects to life while ensuring efficiency, safety, and a high quality of standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the coordination of site activities and other logistical requirements of project
- Regularly reviews schedule, budget, labor, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
- Regularly reviews project quality performance and ensures work proceeds in accordance with established quality plan
- Regularly reviews project safety performance and ensures work proceeds in accordance with project safety plan and established site rules.
- Daily interface with owner, operations, and construction staff to determine performance and report on progress.
- Regularly reviews Requests for Information (RFI’s) and facilitates disposition from responsible project team members
- Strong communication among all stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
