Job Summary
The Enhanced Living Clinical Manager is delegated the responsibility and accountability for supporting his/her assigned team members during his/her shift in addition to the Enhanced Living Director of Nursing, and/or other Enhanced Living Leadership members. This person provides clinical support to assigned neighborhoods and all neighborhoods as needed. The Enhanced Living Clinical Manager promotes a holistic approach to care while placing emphasis on elder-directed and quality focused outcomes. This position will guide the clinical team and coordinate communications between neighborhood nurses and Enhanced Living Director of Nursing.
