Scope of Position:

Manages the Hydronics manufacturing operations in Westfield working as a partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

List what the person must do to perform the job to meet standards.

  • Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing operation based on sales requirements and plant capacity.
  • Manages budgets while maintaining good lead times and providing customer services and cooperation with Sales and Engineering
  • Maintains the plant machinery, overall corporate facilities and grounds in Westfield
  • Oversee operations to ensure safety, commit to plant safety procedures
  • Reviews and approves recommendations of subordinate in matters of personnel, rate changes and performance reviews
  • Report, track and approve expenses to reduce costs
  • Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve
  • Assimilates the acquisitions, startups and product changes that affect the Westfield manufacturing facility
  • Continues to advance work team, provide improvements, cell manufacturing, and self-directed work in the Westfield location while incorporating Continuous Improvement
  • Performs other similar or related duties as required or requested
