As the sales leader for a particular territory, you will understand client needs, provide solutions, and exceed our customers’ expectations. An outside sales representative travels throughout their assigned territory and optimizes their time in the field to grow through customer base. As a sales professional, the outside sales representative helps customers BUILD more.

What you will do:
· Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
· Develop and implement sales strategies for our current business clients
· Daily communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
· Manage both new and existing customers to ensure they have a continued positive experience with our firm
· Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the clients' desires
· Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
· Meet with clients face-to-face to perform assessments
