Position: Residential House Cleaner (Independent Contractor)

Job Summary:
As a Residential House Cleaner at MetaMaids, you'll embody our legacy of excellence and dedication in every task. Leveraging your experience and skills, you'll provide top-notch cleaning services to our clients' homes. Your role will be crucial in upholding our reputation for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces within residential properties.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinets, ensuring dishes are washed and put away.
• Scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers in bathrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
• Make beds, change linens, and tidy up bedrooms, while dusting and cleaning furniture in living areas.
• Care for various flooring types using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
• Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure a streak-free shine.
• Empty trash cans, replace liners, and dispose of trash properly, addressing any other cleaning needs as requested by the client.
• Assist with organizing items upon client request, utilizing tools and equipment provided.
• Maintain open communication with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Cleaning responsibilities are subject to change upon client's request.

Working Conditions:

• Contract position for independent contractors.
• Flexible scheduling with varying hours based on client appointments.
• Work may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and homes with pets.
• Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and other necessary contracts will be provided in a timely manner upon acceptance of the position.
• Non-poaching agreement to ensure that clients serviced by MetaMaids remain with the company.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
