We are currently seeking an experienced product leader to grow and guide a newly formed team of Technology Product Managers that will help develop imaging, depth, sensing, audio and wireless technologies, influence product roadmaps, align tech development roadmaps with product requirements, and represent the technology teams with cross-functional partners. This is a full-time position that requires experience in both the development of technologies (imaging, depth, sensing, audio or wireless), and in technology product management. In this role, you will build strong, influential cross-functional relationships with technology teams, product PM leads, hardware product leads, and system architects.You must have a great track record of building and growing healthy teams, have a strong understanding of technology advancement directions, be comfortable collaborating with a dynamic cross-functional team, and exhibit high signal-to-noise synthesis abilities in communication.

- Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of technology product managers. Ensure the team is healthy and effective.
- Understand Meta's strategic and competitive position and the Reality Lab vision, and deliver technologies that support that vision.
- Work closely with the technology and product teams to strategically influence the product roadmaps with future technologies' potential. Evolve and grow the next generation of ambitious, differentiating technologies that support the product roadmap and targeted experiences. Identify and initiate opportunities for new technology focus areas.
- Manage multiple technology portfolios and priorities, and ensure tech teams' commitment to execute by driving technology investment business cases and ROI decisions.
- Lead the team in condensing consumer pain points, customer requirements, competitive and industry landscape into compelling technology features and experiences needed for future devices.
- Communicate tech teams' strategies, roadmaps, plans, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership.

- BS in a STEM field or imaging/audio related field.
- 10 years customer-facing technology product management experience focused on one or more of the following domains: cameras, depth, sensors, wireless, audio.
- 7 years of experience in growing and managing teams (in technology engineering or product management).
- Experience managing delivery of products in above domains technologies, from idea through development, integration, and launch into multiple consumer electronics products.
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills with extensive experience in aligning and presenting to various stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience building relationships and influence in a matrix organization.
