Summary:
The 'Eye Care Channel Lead, Health Tech' drives go-to-market strategy, planning and in-market execution of prescription products. In partnership with product teams, marketing, health tech, insurance and others, the individual manages definition, testing, and creation of initiatives to support broad access to prescription products for various customer groups. The successful candidate will have in-depth experience in the prescription optical industry, analytics, consumer insights, and product commercialization in B2B and B2C contexts. Core to the role will be supporting a go-to-market strategy creation and execution for prescription wearables technology across multiple channels.
Required Skills:
Eye Care Channel Lead Responsibilities:
- Manage Eye Care Category data & analytics with internal and external partners, and uncover actionable insights to drive access and adoption in existing and new channels
- Define requirements of the prescription offering across all the components of the offering (lenses, software, etc.) to maximize channel adoption
- Manage prescription product claims, content and pricing in B2C and B2B contexts and for wearers with and without insurance
- Uncover wearer and channel needs, and establish an approach for wearer and prescriber segmentation and targeting
- Create value proposition(s) across wearer and prescriber segments and across vision and eye health use cases
- Anticipate and solve for wearer and prescriber experience pain points and delighters
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization in order to embed prescription optical requirements in the broader go-to-market strategy
- Serve as the subject matter expert on prescription wearer and channel needs and mindsets

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering or other quantitative field
- 7 years of experience in vision correction and/or eye health fields, especially in commercial, product or marketing related functions
- Experience generating actionable consumer and business insights
- Experience leading implementation of complex product or service offerings
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, collaborating and influencing across organization
- Experienced self-starter who can both lead strategic thinking and roll up sleeves to drive operational implementation
- Quantitative aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with technical partners to translate between technical and consumer languages
