What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Specialist, Product Operations position at Meta?
Meta is seeking an individual to join the Product Operations (ProdOps) team. Our mission is to be the experts on functional quality to improve product teams’ ability to resolve user issues. You will leverage data analysis and multiple sources of user feedback to identify user experience themes, prioritize issues, and communicate key takeaways to product, engineering, design, and other cross-functional partners to shape product direction. You will work cross-functionally with other teams within Meta to improve user experience.
Responsibilities: Become an expert in the health and quality of a specific productDevelop and communicate compelling analyses and recommendations over aggregate trends from user feedbackBuild strategic relationships and manage communication and alignment across multiple partner teamsWork with Engineering and Product Management to shape and execute against product goals that positively impact the user experienceCommunicate the potential impact of product changes to internal stakeholdersInstill a focus on quality in the product culture by creating objective data driven stories that influence and convince product teams to prioritize quality projects
Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of experience working in tech, consulting, or an operational capacityExperience with SQLExperience prioritizing competing demands in an ambiguous, fast-paced environmentExperience constructing relationships across teams, communicating technical content and analytical insights to multiple audiencesExperience using data to tell a story and influence direction
