The Planning & Procurement team is part of Meta's Enterprise Supply Chain team. Our core mission is to bring IT equipment to META employees to help them maximize their impact. We are a fast-moving data driven team that continuously drives improvements in supply chain efficiencies as well as customer experience. We are looking for motivated business professionals with supply chain and Forecast/planning background to join us to help us achieve our mission.
Supply Chain Analyst, Demand Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain forecast and planning for HW product families

Design and implement process improvements initiatives to drive inventory optimization

Responsible for weekly Forecast calibration and submission to supply base

Identify, implement, and track planning and inventory related KPIs
-
Provide critical success metrics to facilitate effective decision making

Supporting the NPI launches and participate in product life-cycle management
-
Identify, report, and mitigate supply availability and inventory risks
-
Lead S&OP process
-
Lead cross-functional discussion with stakeholders to explore areas of collaboration

Manage and track day to day escalations from internal and external stakeholders

Participate in QBR/EBR across strategic suppliers

Use data driven approach to measure supplier performance and continuously drive performance improvements
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's in business, finance, accounting, engineering, sciences or similar field (4-year degree)
-
4 years experience in a supply chain planning capacity
-
Hands-on experience with enterprise or consumer forecasting
-
Proven experience with enterprise or consumer hardware
-
Demonstrated experience in supplier evaluation and management
-
End-to-end project management experience
-
Proven process improvement experience
-
Demonstrated attention to detail

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or eq uivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
