As a Trust Product Strategist, you'll join a team of strategists who help shape Trust strategy for what we build in RL, including issues related to privacy, security, integrity, as well as accessibility and inclusion.

Trust Product Strategist Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive trust strategy for RL and its constituent product groups.
- Help drive RL positioning on trust-sensitive topics.
- Develop principles and implement frameworks for building other trust-related innovation topics into the product development process.
- Drive our cross-functional approach to trust-related topics in new and existing features.
- Work with product teams to identify, escalate, and resolve tension between product objectives and organizational values.
- Help establish and direct long-term goals of product and engineering teams as they relate to privacy, security, integrity, as well as accessibility and inclusion.
- Identify opportunities for organizational growth and drive creative and scalable improvements.
- Model inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives.
- Apply industry expertise to influence trust-related considerations in product development.

- 6 years experience in the technology sector.
- Experience working in privacy, policy, safety, security, and/or integrity.
- Experience forging relationships with product, engineering, user research, legal, communications, and policy teams.
- Experience managing programs and building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Advanced degree in public policy, law, business, or ethics.
- Experience in AR, VR or smart home devices.

$157,000/year to $217,000/year bonus equity benefits
