Accounting Assistant

Candidates must have a working knowledge of accounting theory and principles and hold a minimum of an associate degree in accounting or have equivalent experience.

Must be proficient in:

· Processing accounts payable & payroll

· Reconciliations

· Reporting

· Microsoft Office software

· Business writing

General office duties

Experience in cost accounting is a plus

Must be able to assist the accounting department in a variety of assignments.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The successful candidate will be honest, exhibit an extremely high level of integrity, be dependable, capable and eager to accept responsibility.
