- Must be able to read measuring tape and caliper

Responsibilities :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Monitors and coordinates all areas of production to insure an efficient and cost-effective flow of raw materials to end product.
- Supervises all production employees with regard to job assignments, quality of work, overtime requirements, and safety.
- Ensures all job orders are done to customers' specifications.
- Review all production activities with the Plant Manager on a daily basis.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required to perform the duties of a plant supervisor effectively.
- Any other duties assigned by Management.
- Ensure policies are understood and upheld
- Evaluate employee competencies
- Coordinate with management and maintenance teams to ensure projects are completed timely and correctly
