Support product launches and daily operations, analyze data for sourcing decisions, manage RFQ processes, and assist with vendor management for the Global Vendor Management team.
Responsibilities
- Category/Commodity Management:
- Analyze vendor quotes for new business
- Follow up on RFQ processes
- Track raw material adjustments and update systems
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Develop and validate target costs for new products
- Maintain and extract data from business systems
- Analyze cost increase requests
- Report from RFQ database
- Create and maintain business-related documents
- Sourcing Execution & Vendor Engagement:
- Assist with vendor setup and onboarding
- Maintain vendor profiles and capabilities
- Participate in vendor relationships and discussions
- Understand vendor capabilities and engage cross-functional teams
- Track vendor performance and manage follow-up actions
- Must Have:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Data analysis and recommendation skills
- Cross-collaboration skills
- Nice to Have:
- SAP experience
- Additional:
- Bachelors degree or substantial relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and cost analysis
- Experience in sourcing and vendor management
- Willing to learn and ask questions
- 40 hours per week, hybrid role with 1-2 office days
Salary : $19 - $21
