BASIC FUNCTION
Assists the Therapy Director with overseeing daily patient assignment, weekend scheduling, and managing both planned and unplanned absences. Ensures compliance with 3 hour rule daily, runs reports on interrupted charting and missed therapy minutes, and manages rescheduling needs daily. Coordinates scheduling of inservices and student observers. Monitors staff compliance with Healthsream, TB, Flu Vaccine and CPR certification.
Knowledge / Experience
Graduate of an accredited Therapy Program preferred. Minimum of a College Degree required. Evidence of organization, planning, time management and excellent communication skills.
