Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members
- Assist in organizing and coordinating project activities and resources
- Maintain project documentation, including filing and organizing files both physically and electronically
- Assist in event planning and coordination for project-related meetings and conferences
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries related to the project
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and using QuickBooks
- Act as a personal assistant to project managers and project engineerings, handling various tasks as assigned
- Maintain an organized work environment to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:
- Natural problem solver
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in construction project coordination or administrative support roles preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Compensation range is $18 to $25 hourly, commensurate with level of experience.
