Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding client service while liaising with external clients and internal teams.
- Uphold company standards and policies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Process P&C claims with precision, adhering to quality and production standards.
- Navigate claims resolution within authority levels, ensuring effective communication throughout.
- Evaluate claim validity and manage reserves responsibly, making informed recommendations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 15 years in claims handling, with a deep understanding of property and/or casualty claims.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
- Certifications: AIC designation is a plus.
- Skills: Exceptional computer proficiency and communication skills are essential.
- Location: Resident of Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina or Florida.
