Job Location: Virtual but commutable to West Des Moines, IA, Warwick, RI, or Tampa, FL
Role Value Proposition:
Process non-financial and financial post issue transactions. Complete and create correspondence relating to post issue transactions. Respond to direct service requests or inquiries from policyholders, sales agents, call centers, and others regarding a wide range of financial, legal, product, and policy/contract specific issues. Provide interpretation of policy/contract provisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Processes complex transactions. Reviews supporting documentation and contacts appropriate parties as needed to ensure timely and accurate processing. Responds to complex inquiries, researches, and resolves complex problems. Help increase team efficiencies by using best practices to streamline systems and procedures.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of company operations, insurance products, lines of business, relevant regulations, and administrative systems. Strong knowledge of supported business functions, processes/procedures, workflow, systems, and transactions. Strong project management skills. Proficient communication skills. Advanced customer service.
Required:
- High School Diploma
- 5 years Annuity Operations experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Series 6
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, handle complexity, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate customer-centric focus and strong partnering skills

The wage range for applicants for this position is $43,300-57,700. The role is eligible for incentive compensation under the sales incentive plan for your position.
